Ways To Erase Facebook Carrier History
In Facebook Messenger, you can remove specific Facebook messages from your history, or you could delete a whole discussion history with another Facebook individual. Although you might erase a message or an entire discussion from your Facebook Messenger background, this does not remove the discussion from the histories of other users that belonged to the discussion and got messages that you removed. After you send a message, you could not erase it from the recipient's Messenger.
How you can Delete a Specific Message
You could erase single messages in any discussion, whether you sent them yourself or got them some somebody else.
1. Click on the Carrier icon on top right of the screen.
2. Click See Done In Messenger at the bottom of the Carrier box that opens.
3. Click a conversation in the left panel. The conversations are detailed in sequential order with the most recent conversation at the top. If you don't see the conversation you want, make use of the search area on top of the Carrier panel to locate it.
4. Click on the specific access of the conversation you want to erase to open a three-dot symbol next to the entry.
5. Click the three-dot icon to raise the Remove bubble and click it to get rid of the access.
6. Validate the removal when motivated to do so.
How to Delete an Entire Messenger Discussion
If you not plan to connect with an individual or simply intend to clean up your Messenger list, it is quicker to remove the entire conversation than to undergo one message at a time:
1. Click the Carrier icon on top right of the display.
2. Click See All in Carrier at the bottom of the Messenger box that opens up.
3. Click on a discussion in the left panel. When you select a discussion, Facebook displays a cog wheel icon next to it. The conversations are listed in chronological order with one of the most current conversation at the top. If you do not see the conversation you want, utilize the search field at the top of the Messenger panel to find it.
4. Click the cog wheel symbol next to the discussion you want to erase.
5. Click Erase in the food selection that opens.
6. Verify the removal as well as the entire discussion goes away.
